How it works

Four steps from approval to customer access

01

Approve the order

Only orders confirmed by your team become the source for a statement.

02

Create the document

Build an A4 statement with supplier details, stamp or signature, items, tax, and totals.

03

Issue a public link

Create a link the customer can open without an account for 90 days.

04

Send the notification

Send by Kakao AlimTalk and automatically fall back to SMS when needed.

PUBLIC LINK

Customers open it without an account

They can review the statement on mobile or print it on A4. Reusing approved order data reduces the chance that the order and document diverge during re-entry.

Compared with the usual workflow

The usual workflow means re-entering the order and sending the statement separately

Spreadsheets and document tools can produce a statement. The difference is whether approved order data can flow into the document, reach the customer, and remain traceable without re-entry.

Order statement questions

When is an order statement created?

It is created from an order after your team reviews and approves it, so drafts and unconfirmed candidates are not shared with the customer.

Does the customer need a StackCube account?

No. The customer opens a public link without signing in. Each link remains valid for 90 days after issue.

What happens if Kakao AlimTalk cannot be delivered?

The same notification can automatically fall back to SMS when AlimTalk delivery is unavailable.

Can the statement be printed?

Yes. The document is formatted for A4 printing and can include supplier details, a stamp or signature, line items, tax, totals, and Korean amount text.

How is this different from a spreadsheet or statement template?

Spreadsheets and templates require you to re-enter the confirmed order and send the file separately. StackCube creates the statement from approved items, quantities, and totals, then continues into public-link delivery and delivery-history tracking.

Still rebuilding and sending statements separately?

Use a few real orders to test the flow from approval to customer delivery.
