How it works

How text-message intake works

Connect the Android phone once, then review new order texts in the same queue as chat, email, and portal orders.

01

Install the Android app

Install StackCube on the business Android phone that receives customer order texts.

02

Sign in and allow SMS access

Sign in to your organization and allow SMS access. Existing message history is not imported.

03

Match the customer number

Confirm which customer owns a phone number once so later texts can use the same customer context.

04

Review and approve

Compare item and quantity candidates with the original SMS or LMS before approval.

Before and after

Move orders out of the phone inbox and into the order queue

Customers keep using the same number while operators can review the source text and order status with other intake channels.
