Excel order attachments from email

Excel purchase order attachments received by email can now be parsed and prepared as order candidates.

  • XLSX attachments can be used to extract item and quantity candidates.
  • Orders that get stuck during processing are cleaned up so they do not remain in the list indefinitely.
  • Order summary cards can now jump directly to related tabs.

First-use and manual order entry improvements

The first-use flow was refined so new users can move more easily through order entry and initial setup.

  • Improved the mobile onboarding layout and checklist flow.
  • Cleaned up the input flow and button layout in the manual order modal.
  • Made the path from initial setup to the admin screen clearer.

Improved AI item matching candidates

When an item cannot be confirmed from order text alone, StackCube can search again for likely product candidates to review.

  • Added a follow-up search flow for unmatched order items.
  • Unconfirmed AI candidates can now be reviewed on the approval screen.
  • When a manager edits matching keywords directly, previous AI candidates are hidden to reduce confusion.

Customer price levels and unit price rules

A new price rules screen supports customer levels, date conditions, and item-specific exception prices.

  • Customer-specific price levels can now be managed.

  • Order line price calculation is aligned with catalog pricing.

Item upload and bulk edit improvements

Item uploads, image uploads, and selected-item bulk edits were improved to reduce catalog setup and maintenance work.

  • Cleaned up SKU and option code handling in item CSV uploads.
  • Enabled bulk editing for a single field across selected items and strengthened price value validation.

Product descriptions and code search in the order portal

Product descriptions and product code search make it easier for customers to find and select items in the order portal.

  • Added description fields to storefront products.
  • Expanded portal search targets so products can be found by product code.
  • Improved product option code editing and visibility status management.

Chat order intake and customer linking

Chat orders and file uploads now connect more reliably to the right customer and organization.

  • Shared chat intake now finds customers and organizations more consistently.
  • Fixed the chat upload completion status display.
  • Fixed cases where the customer order portal connection could point to the wrong host.

Parallel pilot page for existing order flows

A new parallel pilot page explains how teams can try StackCube without immediately changing how customers place orders.

  • Explained test options such as email forwarding, pasting chat or text messages, and manager-assisted order entry.
  • Clarified how teams can run a pilot while keeping existing customer order flows in place.
  • Improved the feature introduction flow for pre-adoption review.

Shipping defaults and order export improvements

The order export flow now keeps shipping information more consistent before approved orders move to courier formats or external systems.

  • Applied shipping defaults to order exports.
  • Added dividers for shipping details to clarify the order detail screen.

ERP integration support

Orders organized in StackCube can now connect with existing ERP workflows.
